In Short

• Support strategy development, implementation, and renewals of New York employee benefit programs.
• Interface with clients and vendors, driving marketing and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic and operational support to Client Managers.
• Enhance client employee benefits experience through consistent value delivery.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of benefits analyst experience; recent experience with New York large employer groups preferred.
• Understanding of large group plans and financial structures.
• Proven client service proficiency and relationship building.
• Experience in benefit enrollment support and administrative tasks.
• Expertise in financial analyses and modeling plan design alternatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
