In Short

• You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team in the area of SAP ABAP with a focus on data migration.
• You will work on product development to expand and standardize our service and tool portfolio around our migration software (Natuvion DCS).
• You will maintain a close collaboration with project management, departments, and external partners to define requirements and priorities.
• You will organize and manage the technical support for our clients in the conception and implementation of innovative IT solutions.
• You will work on exciting future topics such as S/4HANA migrations and the introduction of new digital platforms (e.g., Powercloud, Salesforce).
• You will promote the further development and training of team members in ABAP and migration technologies.

Requirements

• You have a degree in (business) computer science or comparable qualifications with many years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
• You have gained initial experience in leading and motivating development teams (technical and/or disciplinary) and have a passion for working with your team.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex technical issues.
• You have proven your excellent communication and moderation skills in stakeholder management.
• You impress with your customer and solution orientation towards our national and international clients and colleagues.
