ADI Solutions is a medium-sized company based in Osnabrück that develops digital solutions for the agricultural and food industry. The goal is to simplify complex processes through modern, cloud-based applications that provide real value for agricultural businesses. The current software is in an exciting growth phase and is expected to be positioned as an independent product in the market.

In Short

• Lead and develop a hybrid team of internal developers and external partners.
• Enhance a web application for mobile data collection in agricultural operations.
• Plan, manage, and ensure quality in agile 2-week sprints.
• Build in-house expertise to reduce dependency on external service providers.
• Contribute to product strategy and prototyping for potential standalone use.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in web development.
• Initial or substantial leadership experience in managing technical teams.
• Practical experience with our stack or similar technologies (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Azure).
• Experience in agile development with high responsibility.
• High quality awareness with a pragmatic approach.
• Hands-on and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Communicative and empathetic leadership style.
• Structured and proactive in recognizing improvement potentials.
