Overview

As part of our People Team, you will be responsible for the search, selection, and engagement of talent – from identifying suitable candidates to conducting interviews and collaborating with departments on final decisions. You will work closely with our HR and leadership teams to ensure we attract the best talent for our company.

• You will take responsibility for the entire recruiting process in Germany, from candidate selection to conducting interviews and making job offers.
• You will be the first point of contact for applicants throughout the process.
• You will be a reliable sparring partner for our leaders and hiring managers in building their teams.
• You will have many ideas for exciting and target-group-oriented personnel marketing and implement them together with the marketing team.
• You will find new talents through targeted and creative direct approaches on relevant platforms.
• You will contribute your creativity and ideas to HR projects and support the team in the ongoing optimization of HR processes.
