Product Manager / Scrum Master in Product Development - Remote

Overview

This position involves actively shaping agile product development and utilizing expertise to efficiently and successfully further develop software products.

In Short

• Design the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Conversion Suite (DCS).
• Act as the Scrum Master for development teams and promote the application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Plan and moderate meetings such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to drive product development.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in a technical or commercial field.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I) and solid knowledge of agile methods.
• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Manager in software development is ideal.
• Technical understanding of software products and data migration is beneficial.
• Strong communication and moderation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
