Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) who will be responsible for our end-to-end supply chain and ensure that our products arrive efficiently and reliably at the customer. You will manage our logistics and fulfillment processes, work closely with our 3PL partners, and develop structures that scale with our growth.

In Short

• Manage our supply chain operations on a daily basis.
• Organize and control our national & international transports.
• Manage our fulfillment partners and inventory.
• Ensure smooth shipping and return processes.
• Monitor delivery times, costs, and performance, and solve operational issues.
• Analyze and improve existing processes.
• Establish clear structures, KPIs, and SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, Procurement, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to building our supply chain in new markets.
• Participate in automation and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in supply chain management in the D2C/B2C e-commerce environment.
• Solid experience with fulfillment, logistics control, and external service providers.
• Strong hands-on mentality combined with a structured, independent working style.
• Experience in dynamic, growth-driven environments (e.g., start-up, scale-up).
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
