Overview

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will work with customers and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to articulate business needs and goals.
• Perform research to define user stories and requirements.
• Define strategies for technical solutions and develop functional designs.
• Ensure requirements are translated accurately into technical designs.
• Verify system requirements are traceable and testable.
• Write and maintain test plans based on software requirements.
• Test software applications for consistent results.
• Communicate test results to programming staff and management.
• Work in an agile environment to manage risks and develop solutions.
• Prepare deliverables in support of task orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a Public Trust clearance.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an agile technical environment.
• Ability to track action items and develop metrics.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong initiative and detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines with a commitment to teamwork.
