.NET Developer - Remote

Overview

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Microsoft full stack developer to support a development project on our flagship contract. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with .NET development tools/languages such as Visual Studio, C# / VB.net and SQL Server Database.

• Requires US Citizenship and Public Trust clearance
• 6-8 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficient in .NET development tools and SQL Server
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Build UI interfaces using .NET
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements
• Adhere to SDLC and industry best practices
• Provide project updates to Task Lead and Program Manager
• Work with QC Testers to resolve defects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6-8 years of experience with Microsoft technologies
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related tools
• Familiarity with git version control tools
• Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance
