Remote Title Closing Coordinator/Processor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced title closing professional who can step in and manage transactions at a high level from day one. This role supports both residential and commercial transactions and is best suited for someone who knows how to keep files moving, communicate clearly with all parties, and handle closing activity with precision and calm under pressure.

• Position: Title Closing Coordinator/Processor
• Location: Pennsylvania
• Work Model: Hybrid or remote based on location
• Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 base salary, plus bonus if applicable and profit sharing
• Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Prepare ALTA settlement statements
• Balance files with lenders
• Manage transactions from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail required

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of title closing experience
• Experience handling both residential and commercial transactions
• Strong knowledge of title closing and title processing processes
• Ability to manage files independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in SoftPro Select
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
