Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with a strong background in specialty lending to support a growing operations team. This role requires someone who can confidently manage brokered loans while maintaining accuracy, organization, and clear communication from submission through closing.

• Position: Senior Mortgage Loan Processor
• Location: Remote- Must work Eastern Standard Hours
• Schedule: Full-time
• Total Compensation: 80-102k (Heavily bonus based)
• Benefits: 80 hrs PTO, 48 hrs sick time, 3 bereavement days
• Analyze loan files across various programs
• Review and verify documentation
• Manage deadlines tied to contingencies and closing dates
• Communicate with borrowers and internal teams
• Submit complete files to underwriting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience
• Strong experience calculating complex income scenarios
• Experience with various loan programs
• Encompass experience required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
