Category Manager - Remote

Overview

The Category Manager will analyze consumer and SKU level data to shape category roles, shelf strategy, and pricing while building and executing annual promotions.

• Analyze data on consumer behavior and category performance.
• Develop optimal product assortment for member co-ops.
• Create annual promotional plans and negotiate with vendors.
• Ensure vendor contributions and support for assigned categories.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in category management.
• Experience in developing relationships with sales representatives.
• Ability to design consumer-centric shelf plans.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with the cooperative business model.
• Knowledge of health and wellness consumer behavior.
• Up to 15% business travel required.
