Overview

The Category Manager is responsible for creating strategies around assigned contract categories, negotiating contracts, and managing operational activities related to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• 7 years in strategic sourcing and contracting.
• Understanding of GPO contracting methods.
• Experience in data analysis and negotiation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to develop contract recommendations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of contract law.
