Overview

The Stock Administration Manager manages the administration, communication and compliance of Natera’s employee equity incentive and employee stock purchase program (ESPP). Analyzes and communicates matters relating to Natera’s equity plans, grant practices and other relevant policies, processes and procedures to executive staff and internal stakeholders, driving improvements as necessary and appropriate.

In Short

  • Day-to-day administration of the company’s equity compensation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of equity plans.
  • Maintain equity database integrity and accuracy.
  • Liaise with transfer agents for reporting and settlement of trades.
  • Provide customer service to equity plan participants.
  • Maintain compliance with tax withholding/reporting requirements.
  • Conduct Black-Scholes Valuation.
  • Assist with month-end close calculations and regulatory filings.
  • Prepare and file Section 16 form filings.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual proxy statement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years in Stock Plan Administration or Compensation for publicly traded companies.
  • Highly proficient with Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of equity administration software (E*TRADE preferred).
  • Proven analytical capability and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling tight deadlines.
  • Experience with US and Foreign tax issues related to equity compensation.
  • Experience with SOX compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and apply good judgement.
