Senior Software Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Quality Engineer is responsible for complete end-to-end verification of Natera software systems and services using both manual and automated test strategies.

In Short

• Perform software verification and define test cases for quality assurance.
• Conduct system analysis and develop test strategies.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis of defects.
• Promote new testing methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the SDLC.
• Handle PHI and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Complete required training on HIPAA/PHI privacy.
• Maintain current status on training requirements.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Extensive knowledge of quality engineering methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Hands-on experience developing test automation code.
• Experience with REST API testing.
• Understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Linux commands.
• Teamwork skills with analytical background.
