We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager with a passion for designing and delivering high-impact, user-centric solutions.

In Short

• Identify and define new product opportunities in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Translate concepts into clear requirements and collaborate with engineering and UX.
• Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption of new features.
• Define and track KPIs to assess product performance and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and QA teams.
• Evaluate potential solutions, balancing build vs. buy decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech.
• Proven track record of building and launching internal or customer service tools.
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and devise scalable solutions.
• Highly adaptable and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
