Overview

The Oncology District Manager (ODM) is a critical Sales Leadership role within the New England Region, responsible for leading sales and driving revenue across three assigned territories while developing and supporting a subset of Associate Clinical Oncology Specialists (ACOS) and Clinical Oncology Specialists (COS).

In Short

  • Lead sales and drive revenue across three territories.
  • Develop and support ACOS and COS team members.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director for strategic support.
  • Sell Natera’s full suite of Oncology products.
  • Focus on people development and market growth.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Execute strategic business plans.
  • Promote quality client/patient relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or clinical support experience.
  • Preferred background in medical or biological sciences.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • History of leadership or sales success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Effective time management skills.
