Nas Company is looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to help build a global team, particularly in the US, in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source, attract and headhunt candidates
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Draft job descriptions and post roles
• Manage recruitment databases (Greenhouse)
• Conduct reference checks
• Negotiate offers
• Support onboarding processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment
• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment in the US
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity working with ATS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
