Narvar is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer to take on a pivotal leadership role within one of our core product pillars. This is a unique opportunity to solve complex, high-impact problems, and redefine the foundational experiences that power Narvar's business for the world's most beloved brands.

In Short

• Lead the UX vision and strategy for your assigned product pillar, designing seamless and connected experiences for both retailers and their end-customers.
• Design for complex systems: Tackle ambiguous problem spaces and drive the design for sophisticated workflows, configuration tools, and data-rich interfaces.
• Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business needs into effective design solutions.
• Mentor and elevate junior talent within the design team.
• Communicate design rationale and vision to stakeholders at all levels.
• Establish and evolve a scalable information architecture and consistent interaction models for the Narvar platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex B2B SaaS applications.
