Overview

Narvar is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to take full ownership of our marketing automation and campaign execution. As the sole Marketing Operations professional, you will be responsible for executing campaigns and ensuring data integrity across our marketing tech stack.

In Short

• Act as the primary administrator for Marketo Engage and Marketo Measure.
• Build and deploy Marketo programs for email nurtures, webinars, and events.
• Optimize processes to support demand generation.
• Own marketing data hygiene and segmentation strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance using Marketo and Salesforce.
• Own and optimize the lead lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverability and compliance for all email communications.

Requirements

• Adobe Marketo Engage Expert or Master Certification.
• 4+ years of hands-on Marketo experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong grasp of integrating marketing and sales systems.
• Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
• Proven ability to independently own marketing operations.
