Overview

The Staff Engineer will specialize in ServiceNow development, focusing on APM, CSM Module, and HRSD, while leading technical solutions and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conducting component Integration Tests.
• Ability to analyze client needs thoroughly.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Ability to conduct POCs for design/technology validation.
• Experience in leading projects and coordinating activities.
