Associate Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (CSM & SPM) - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Staff Engineer at Nagarro, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to develop and implement solutions while collaborating with clients and team members to meet project requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong knowledge of SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Proficient in scripting with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and AngularJS.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Conduct component Integration Tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience with ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules is a plus.
• Ability to address issues promptly and provide constructive feedback.
