Overview

Nagarro is seeking a SAP Project/Program Manager to manage customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements, ensuring customer success and satisfaction while leading projects through all phases.

In Short

• Manage realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements.
• Lead projects from conception to rollout and support.
• Ensure customer success for S/4HANA or ECC customers.
• Define methodology and tools for successful customer adoption.
• Manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing engagements.
• May include team management for onsite and offshore resources.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Requires business knowledge and direct client interaction.
• Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or comparable qualifications.
• High customer orientation and service attitude.
• Strong negotiating and consultative skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• C-level communication skills.
• Adaptability to manage deadline pressure and change.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of SAP professional experience.
• Project Management experience with large enterprises.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
