Associate Staff Consultant, Paid Social - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist focusing on Paid Social to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for our e-commerce business.

In Short

• Launch and manage paid social and performance campaigns on platforms like Meta and Pinterest.
• Develop and implement full-funnel campaign strategies.
• Manage product feeds for accurate data and optimal performance.
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for optimized content.
• Stay updated on trends in paid media and social commerce.
• Monitor and analyze performance using various tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing paid campaigns in e-commerce.
• Deep platform expertise in Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Proven success in achieving CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
• Collaborative team player with project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for testing and optimization.
• Amenable to work 3am-12pm, Monday to Friday.
