Associate Principal Engineer, Big Data - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Associate Principal Engineer with extensive experience in Big Data to join our dynamic and non-hierarchical team at a Digital Product Engineering company.

In Short

• Must have 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong skills in Snowflake, SQL Server, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with major cloud providers, preferably AWS.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Experience in an embedded DBA/DBM role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.

• Data engineering certifications are a plus.

• 2+ years of experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture and best practices.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data challenges.
• Experience working collaboratively with developers.
• Data engineering certifications are a plus.
