Senior Product Engineer (Growth) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Engineer on our new Growth team, your mission would be to build and iterate on features and systems that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention—ultimately accelerating n8n’s self-serve growth engine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products in a startup environment.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and iterate quickly.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on speed and responsibility.
• Data fluency to interpret metrics and user behavior.
• Experience with CI pipelines and cloud deployments is a plus.
• Exposure to pricing strategy and revenue KPIs is a plus.
• Past experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
