Overview

The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for managing and completing product engineering projects for control valve and actuation products in the AP region, including enhancements and modifications to existing products.

In Short

Lead product engineering projects ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Plan and prioritize department objectives related to cost, quality, and product delivery.
Interact cross-functionally with various departments to meet objectives.
Organize and ensure training for product engineering staff.
Design and review department metrics for performance evaluation.
Participate in or lead steering committees for organizational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with emphasis on Mechanics of Materials, Fluid Dynamics, and Controls.
Proficiency in CAD and analytical tools.
Effective communication skills in English.
Demonstrated planning and organizing skills.
