Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at n8n, your main goal is to ensure our customers are empowered to succeed with our workflow automation platform, driving higher net revenue retention and annual recurring revenue, reducing churn, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical acumen with complex products.
  • Proactive communicator and team player.
  • Experience working with mid-sized companies (100-1000+ employees).
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms is a plus.
