Financials Application Consultant - Remote

Overview

Cayenta is looking for a passionate individual to join our growing team of Application Consultants and be part of the implementation of our ERP Software.

In Short

• Understand client business requirements and participate in the elicitation process.
• Develop business requirement documents.
• Analyze client business practices to present strategies for application implementation.
• Participate in system configuration and develop test plans.
• Perform testing based on use case requirements.
• Transition new customers post go-live and ensure high customer service standards.
• Train customers and internal staff on product functions.
• Engage in sales & marketing processes, including responding to RFPs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% when safe to do so.
• Experience in Business Analysis with Financial or Payroll software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or relevant education.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Problem-solving skills to support business leaders.
• Proficient in Office 365.
• Knowledge of Accounting and ERP software implementation.
• Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
