Remote Application Consultant

Overview

The Application Consultant role involves working with clients in the utility sector to provide IT transformation and support for existing and new clients through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

• Work remotely within Canada and the US.
• Manage technology solutions for clients.

• Conduct business analysis and gap analysis.

Requirements

• Knowledge of utility customer lifecycle.
• Experience with Customer Information System (CIS) processes.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Experience working with business and IT groups.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.
• Preferred experience in software implementation for utilities.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and system configuration is helpful.
