Remote Application Consultant

Overview

The Remote Application Consultant role focuses on providing IT transformation for clients by acting as a liaison between Operations, R&D, and clients, ensuring successful implementation and utilization of technology solutions.

In Short

• Remote role open to candidates in Canada and the US.
• Support clients through the implementation process.
• Conduct business analysis and document client needs.
• Train users in system setup and administration.
• Manage user acceptance testing and change management.
• Create user documentation as needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Support Project Managers in managing contracts and project updates.
• Deliver implementation services efficiently to meet project milestones.
• Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and operational groups.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience working with business and IT groups.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within North America.
• Experience in system configuration and software implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL and CIS processes is a plus.
• Strong influencing and coaching skills are advantageous.
