We are THE online shop for alcohol-free drinks and a platform for Mindful Drinking. With over 100 alcohol-free alternatives – from gin and whiskey to wine and sparkling wine – we answer the question: “What do I drink when I don’t drink?”

As a growing startup, we inspire people to adopt an alcohol-free lifestyle and have big plans for 2025. Therefore, we are looking for YOU:

In Short

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and handle all inquiries and concerns.
• You manage our community and help to expand it, addressing complaints quickly and customer-oriented.
• You gather valuable insights from customer feedback and develop creative ideas for newsletters and marketing activities.
• You research trends in the alcohol-free lifestyle sector and keep an eye on the market.
• You support the development of creative content formats and contribute your own ideas.
• You create simple social media stories and visual content using tools like Canva.

Requirements

• You are currently a registered student, ideally in marketing, communication, or a similar field of study.
• You enjoy communicating and are skilled at interacting with people – whether via email, social media, or phone.
• You have a good sense for customer concerns and always find the right solution.
• You work independently and proactively, bringing your ideas to the table.
• Initial experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus (but not a must).
• You are interested in alcohol-free alternatives and innovative lifestyle trends.
