• Independent management of branding, campaign, and communication projects
• Responsibility for project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and external partners
• Interface management between clients and internal departments
• Moderation of workshops, meetings, and coordination processes
• Identification and management of risks, dependencies, and priorities
• Ensuring efficient delivery and communication processes
• Support in scope definitions, effort estimations, and project calculations
• Assistance to the PM Director in operational project business as well as in reporting, resource, and planning processes

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management of branding, communication, or digital projects - with independent responsibility for projects of medium complexity and several parallel workstreams
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams as well as working with clients and various stakeholders
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Strong sense for brands, creative processes, and high-quality execution
• Experience in an agency or consulting environment is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
