UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaboratively create user-centered digital experiences, from initial analysis to the final concept, working closely with an interdisciplinary team.

In Short

• Research and analyze user needs to develop informed UX concepts and strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital agency.
• A degree or comparable training in media design, interaction design, information design, or a similar field.
• Proven ability in the conception and design of digital applications and mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of how websites and digital products are technically structured.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems with a strong understanding of systematic, scalable design.
• Proficient with common design tools like Figma or Adobe CC.
• Strong knowledge of common UX methods, agile working methods, and established design workflows.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Persistence, high quality standards, team spirit, and openness to new, innovative approaches.
