In Short

  • Define, develop, and implement the Director of Business development sales growth strategy focused on revenue growth.
  • Focus on business relationships, retaining/developing customer loyalty, and brand awareness.
  • Apply knowledge of the industry to educate prospects and clients on business value.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Serve as the key point of contact to new and existing customers.
  • Attend conferences and industry events promoting brand awareness.
  • Prepare sales contracts and quotes adhering to established rules.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of BD and marketing team.
  • Maintain sales pipeline data and activity reports.
  • Work with clients to craft and develop product visions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in sales/product development contracts.
  • 4+ years of experience working with CRM.
  • Proven track record in Robotics, Agriculture Technology, Industrial Automation, or Automotive.
  • Understanding of hardware product development and engineering integration.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English.
  • Strong professional business acumen and organization skills.
