In Short

  • Facilitate onboarding with webinars and training (remote and on-site).
  • Design customer experiences by analyzing needs and developing targeted measures.
  • Maintain and develop long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Engage directly with customers at trade fairs and training sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or customer retention.
  • Provide support via phone, email, or ticketing system (Zendesk).

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in onboarding and support.
  • Technical understanding and experience with systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • High level of empathy and communication skills.
  • Proactive and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.
