Overview

We are seeking a skilled Phone Operator to join our Communication team. This position can be performed remotely or in our office. The Phone Operator will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service. • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person
• Provide information to callers about products, services, and company details
• Maintain a log of incoming calls and messages

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or phone operator role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer skills
