In Short

  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline by engaging enterprise clients through networking, events, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Design a consultative sales process through a deep understanding of the prospective clients’ goals and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and influencers.
  • Craft and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations tailored to senior executives.
  • Maintain strong organizational systems including strong data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to achieve sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through strong deal management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience, with 5+ years of quota-carrying, enterprise sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Experience leading and closing 6+ month, multi-buyer, $500k+ deals.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with and selling to HR Executives.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for executive communication.
  • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot is a plus) to manage sales process.
  • Self starter that is process driven, organized, and can be agile in a startup selling environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
