In Short

• Define and drive strategy for self help channel landscape.
• Own and manage the product roadmap for self help channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar role with experience in digital channel technologies.
• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry and UX principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
