Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chapter Lead/Product Manager to lead a team of Service Owners driving 22 squads delivering over 60 IT services, focusing on service delivery management and communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevSecOps principles.
• Proven experience in SAFe environment.
• Ability to translate customer needs into service requirements.
• Experience managing SLAs and service delivery excellence.
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• EU citizenship required.
