Overview

The Team Lead Production is responsible for overseeing a team of operators in the production of inactivated vaccines and pharmaceuticals, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.

• Lead and support a team of operators in a production environment.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO degree in a relevant field (Technical, Pharmaceutical, or Business).
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP and leading improvement projects.
• Able to learn and apply new tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage teams under pressure.
• Proactive in preventing issues rather than just solving them.
• Capable of making timely business decisions.
