• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development.
• Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of product management best practices and industry trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner team and higher-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
