The Project Specialist will manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously, ensuring delivery within established timelines, scope, quality, and budget. The role involves aligning projects with the company's strategic objectives and applying key project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience in managing diverse projects
• Advanced knowledge of project management approaches
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Teams, and Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence teams
• Advanced English proficiency
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management is a plus
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.) preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical projects is advantageous
