Bioinformatics Intern - Remote

Overview

The Molecular Biomarkers & Informatics group within the Biomarkers & Data Analytics (BDA) team in Singapore is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Bioinformatics intern. The main objective of this position is to drive the discovery and validation of clinically relevant biomarkers through data-driven approaches, ultimately achieving a comprehensive understanding of human disease biology and pathology.

Requirements

• Ability to integrate and analyze data from diverse omics platforms.
• Proficiency in pathway analysis and statistical analysis.
• Experience with public datasets like TCGA and GEO.
• Proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
• Familiarity with data engineering techniques.
• Strong communication skills for presentations.
