The Digital Adoption Specialist (DAS) is key in delivering digital solutions in radiology departments to help customers transform and expand their services, focusing on customer success management, onboarding, training, and technical assistance.

• Manage and support a diverse product portfolio in radiology.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or similar field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Healthcare clinical background, preferably in Radiology.
• Experience in Healthcare services, especially within the NHS.
• Ability to synthesize complex issues.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Open to travel.
• Ability to drive digital initiatives aligned with customer needs.
