Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Performance Manager in the Meta Ads field.
• Excellent German skills (C2); English skills (B2) are a plus.
• Proactive, efficient, and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong communication skills, both professional and empathetic.
• Solid experience with Meta Ads; knowledge of email marketing and TikTok is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Strong organizational skills for managing analyses, clients, and meetings.

• Experience in building sustainable customer relationships.
• Ability to lead strategic planning and campaign setups independently.
