• Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end campaign rollout for a major tentpole project.
• Manage 40+ workstreams and ensure smooth coordination with teams.
• Work directly with senior leadership and document key meetings.
• Build and manage detailed timelines for campaign activities.
• Track dependencies and surface blockers across teams.
• Maintain visibility into weekly goals and moving parts of the campaign.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing.
• Proactively anticipate campaign needs and structure workflows.
• Own the campaign calendar and workback schedule.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in campaign or program management.
• Experience with large-scale entertainment or streaming launches.
• Exceptional organization and project tracking skills.
• Proactive and results-driven operator.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable owning timelines and maintaining alignment.
• Experience with companies like Netflix or Amazon is a plus.
