Overview

As a Campaign Manager at Kyra, you’ll play a key role in executing creator-led campaigns for leading beauty clients, managing timelines, client feedback, content reviews, and internal coordination.

In Short

• Support sourcing and onboarding of creators.
• Manage creator outreach and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Review and approve content to meet brand standards.
• Maintain delivery timelines in Asana.
• Keep internal teams aligned and flag risks or delays.
• Join calls to support campaign progress updates.
• Prepare decks and final content trackers.
• Compile performance metrics post-campaign.
• Track content performance across platforms.
• Assist in post-campaign learnings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in creator or influencer campaigns.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands.
• Understanding of beauty tone and visual trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive communicator comfortable with feedback.
• Friendly communicator with creators and clients.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks.
