Overview

The Mozilla IAM team is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the redesign of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience.

In Short

Architect and lead IAM system redesign.
Guide technical decision-making and user-centric solutions.
Promote engineering standard methodologies.

Requirements

8+ years experience in software engineering.
5+ years of IAM expertise.
Proven technical leadership experience.
Expertise in AuthN, AuthZ, and access governance.
Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
Strong expertise in GCP and cloud-native technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
Curiosity and interest in learning new things.
