As a Staff Data Scientist supporting Global Operations at Mozilla, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven insights and automation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with operational domains like Customer Experience and Trust & Safety.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and experimentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency in problem-solving.
