• Lead development of advanced personalization, optimization, and measurement systems.

Requirements

• Experience in data science focused on experimentation and personalization.
• Significant experience with statistical hypothesis testing.
• Expertise in frequentist and Bayesian methods.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Track record of translating insights into business impact.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience mentoring data science peers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field.
